B is a bit like pasta - nothing to dislike, but it needs some outside help to make it work.
A is up and down like a priest's pyjamas but its highs get my vote here.

If you've got nothing to do, don't do it here.

As great as B's first few are, it peters out, and even its best stuff needs a bit more oomph.

I don't have patience to go through all the links now, but there's enough good stuff I know and surprises in A that I'm willing to give 'em the benefit of the doubt for now. I'll listen later and if I change my mind- which I doubt considering the presence of Mitty Collier- I'll change my vote.

B. I was disappointed to have to vote against it and Sha-la-la-la-lee in the first round, but fortunately it made it through for me to vote for it this time.

Just attempted to listen to the Bonnie "Prince" Billy track. Maudlin Americana sung by a bloke who sounds as pissed as a newt (just to be clear to the US lot, that means very drunk rather than referring to an angry amphibian). I couldn't make it to the end.
Both tens are reasonably equal in my eyes. B is stronger on a kind of direct pop and soulfulness, while A is a little more interesting in some of its more idiosyncratic choices (Apple, The O'Jays). So this really comes to which list picks the most impressive track in its additional five and that goes to B for the incendiary (For God's Sake) Give More Power To The People.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
