I'm not crazy about A's additions, but I think it beat's B's list anyway.

You'll have to do better if you want any more votes from me, A.

A is quite brave picking the Beyoncé track after it got a "tokenism" slaying when picked earlier in the cup. The Magazine pick is killer but Husker Du and what I know of Fatima Mansions more than cancel out any good will from that one. Looking up the list, there are a couple of other dodgy choices there - B is far more solid, with one or two cracking selections.

This made me choke on my jaffa cake too. "Oooh, get you!". Still B remains a good, improving list whereas A seems to be going the other way.

B, despite the awful Black Grape track.
Of course, I was mostly stoned at the time.

"U2 routinely spent a year in the studio...I have a theory: if you put four monkeys in the studio for a year with Lanois and Eno and Lillywhite, they would make a pretty good record, too."

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

Both fairly close and it wasn't an easy decision. The Cramps and the Gun Club nudge it in A's favor.
