I don't think I voted for either last time, but A's new 5 beat B's.

You could take the best of A and the best of B and make one fuck-off killer playlist. As it stands, neither list does much for me.

I think A just edges it, tho' - higher highs, as we tend to say a lot in these things.

Was listening to "Some Understanding" last night, what a powerful track that is. Great psych soul from The Chi-Lites and B further supports a good ten with welcoming picks from Candi Staton and War. A kind of throws a lot of mud at the wall and hopes some of it will stick.

A's now making a determined ploy to get my vote; I'm reliving youthful memories with the help of Magazine's icy grandeur, Husker Du's thrashy tunefulness and Cathal Coughlin's pugnacious bile.

Guess what? It works....A

A is very strong, but I can't resist "Low Rider." And Candi, of course.

A's party looks just a little bit more fun.
If you've got nothing to do, don't do it here.

B has some good stuff (I guess this is to be expected in round 2) but A is far more my bag. The Fatima Mansions track is inspired and the combo of Magazine and Bernadette see it comfortably through.

I go B, despite a couple of little turds there.
