B's soul picks are obvious but still high quality, The Twin Peaks theme is an interesting pick and one I like and it picks two tracks I've picked myself previously so I'm pretty predisposed to it.
A is a mixed bag really though I like The Faces pick.

A starts well but descends into madness. B is better, though a bit dull, but it has two or three sparkier selections to secure victory.

B is good (especially the Temps, Badalemento and Bonnie Prince Billie, but I hate Pavemenr)

A is as close to perfect as any so far...

A despite the Shatner pick. That alone almost lost my vote.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

The good and bad in these two cancel each other out. My fave Buddy Holly track swings it.

Both have a few great picks and a few "what were they thinking?" ones, but the presence of Buddy and Ronnie Lane, two of the greatest ever, cinch it for A.

B, because it doesn't have Bright Eyes, Focus and Shatner on it.
If you've got nothing to do, don't do it here.

A plays very safe, but enough good stuff still to triumph over the unevenness of B

I'm voting B, and I'm going to pretend I've heard the Pop Group and Glenn Branca choices on there.
