Dammit, I'm voting for the list that knocked me out. Not crazy about either of these (and one of you has just given away your identity and indeed you're who I suspected all along). A, resentfully. Though I hope you don't win and get a big head, you rockist bastard! Even if "Evil Hoodoo" is a great song.

What is it with that Boards of Canada song?

I'm undecided here - I like the best of both, so in some ways, it is the supporting songs that will decide it.

I'll come back to it.
Of course, I was mostly stoned at the time.

I have loved A's list right through, but I'm afraid the additional 5 to B's list are more me. Both are great and worthy of being this far in the competition.

Sorry, A.

I suppose "Roygbiv" is sort of BOC's greatest hit - certainly their most typically BOC track.

This a close one. In the end it's down to who has the most of my personal favourites. And for me B has one more

I have to say B plays something of a blinder in its Daft Punk, Curtis and T-Rex selections. A's five are interesting rather than inspired. But it's a formidable list which hardly needs improving. I'd say the highs on both lists are almost about equal and too numerous to mention. But it has to be said B hits more lows as well.

I'm going for A , but unlucky B.

A

The five new ones pushed me into A's corner. I was considering picking 'Fire Brigade' for my own list.

I like both these lists a lot and there's not a lot between them. The new selections of B are top notch and, in general, it just has the edge here.

Nothing in it in terms of the new tracks so this choice has taken a detailed look right down the lists. One list just edges it as it wins on The Kinks and Pulp head to heads and has one or two more racks that mean more to me personally. Hell, I've even got 'Watch the Sunrise' on my wedding video.

I think I'm going to have to take drastic measures to vote on this. I think I'm going to have to listen to some of the songs I'm unfamilar with as this match is deadlocked in terms of the ones I do know and love.

A has fewer tracks I like, but the ones it does have rate higher than the ones I like of of B. So now it is off to explore the unknown and see where that takes me.

I'll decide before the 48 hours is up.

Definitely a tough call. Both lists have plenty of strong selections, plenty of quirky ones and neither is free from the occasional clanger. A is perhaps more consistent in feel, but B's slightly manic switching between styles has much to recommend it.
I think A, at its best, outreaches B. Both fine lists but A attains greatness that little bit more often.

Very hard to separate these two - both contain some of my favourite songs, and both have an impeccable SFA song. At times like this, I'm looking at the overall vibe, and I think B's more likely to get me out on the dancefloor. Tonight, that matters to me.
