I was pretty sure I was going to vote for A until I read B.

Great new additions in the Golliwogs and Scott Walker tracks.

Nice to see the 23rd Turnoff but I'm gonna have to go for B.
I can just about handle you driving like a pissed up crackhead and treating women like beanbags but I'm gonna say this once and once only Gene, stay out of Camberwick Green!

B started great but I'm not blown away by their most recent 5. A takes it overall, especially because "Revolutionary Spirit" has enormous nostalgic resonance with me.

Again.

Yet another close run thing. A began well before B rallied superbly with A finally edging it at the death, 25 - 21.

Tough on B, who was Zeke.

:x

Ah, well, I suppose I did anticipate going out this round (what with my obscure choices and all) and it's nice to have bettered last years second round elimination. Still, it was a bit gut wrenching to go out in a match this close.

Thanks to everyone who voted for me - you're all fine people with impeccable taste in music :D

Congratulations to A and best of luck in your pursuit of the cup.

Unlucky Zeke. Count yourself unlucky to be drawn in such a difficult round as your list would've beaten most of the others.

2 lists with Guided By Voices in them knocked out in the same night? I fucking despair.

"Game of Pricks" is their best song, too. It was in my original ten two years ago.

I remember my utter joy at seeing it. The same sort of joy I got when Jeff K stole Concrete Blonde from me
