I think that if you welded the first half of A to the second half of B, you'd have a killer list! Peculiar that I think that A starts off well and tails off a bit, while B really gets going towards the end, but this doesn't help me pick a list. Let's see - Triffids, YMG and Roxy; this usually good enough for me, and that's the case this time.

It's very difficult. Both lists have some superb songs. A has that ability to surprise a bit more I think, the Bob Relf track is a bold selection: a wonderfully frenetic track.
B has some great songs, but also has more dodgy selections (the Bill Nelson selection in their new five for example). I'll be sad to see I See The Rain go though.

I really like the cut of A's jib, if I'm honest, it's a great mix of grooves and personal favourites of mine, and the rest which I haven't listened to yet intrigues me. B maybe started off better, but it's a bit of a curate's egg in places.

A it is.
It's before my time but I've been told, he never came back from Karangahape Road.

Some great picks on both lists so it comes down to consistency.

B is all over the shop really - frequently good and occasionally great, but also a lot of stuff that does nothing for me. A, meanwhile, has quality throughout and takes this tie.
