A, as said earlier, doesn't put a foot wrong. Still the only list with a Neutral Milk Hotel song, which will be an edge when it comes up against NMH-free lists.

A seems largely a narrow US college radio list whereas B is stuck in some indie disco in 86. Neither should be in the last stages frankly.
However there's a bit more I like on B
