Would you like to win?

Well?

(and I'd like to take the opportunity to introduce the acronym FOFO...)

Don't care really. Last year in round two most of the stuff I tended to vote for lost, so I just accept my tastes are a bit different to the majority on here.
I haven't yet seen a potential winner yet, it's a bit early to say. I think when people add their extra five a clearer picture emerges of which list has a good chance of winning.

the board's taste is so awful, i'd be mortified to win.

having said that, i'd be disappointed not to progress pass the first round, indeed that's my goal.

I don't care about winning. I'm just here to pull down the collective taste of the board so that soul-a-skope can feel superior to it.

If I had entered I would be out as fast as poor Carlson was last year...my choices would be ripped apart for arse paper...I like what I like and notice that I listen to a lot of stuff called 'shite' round these parts...not much point joining just to be ripped to bits...so I don't bother.

I like to vote though but I have more chance of waking up tomorrow to find I'm really Elle Macpherson than I have of getting more that 5 votes in this cup.

Yeah, but you're not completely insufferable yet. I'm trying to help you reach your potential! 8-)

I may not join in detailed debate on the 60s stuff..or anything else for that matter in YY...but I do know more than enough so I can vote fairly.

As you like the 60s I like the 90s...I can listen to anything though...I'm not stuck in a decade refusing to listen to other genres

well no..although I'm a bit mystified what kind of comments you're thinking of here. I haven't see any of that myself.

I know I won't win, so I'm picking tracks I love out of a pool of hundreds. There's no point in trying to second guess opinions as there is only a very general consensus. The only rule I have is not to repeat selections from years 1 and 2.

Maybe he means Frank. Although the humour in his comments neutralises the bile, so i don't agree with Rokster.

He disses everything and everyone almost equally, so it'd be fairly upsetting not to be flamed.

Yeah I thought he might be thinking of Frank (Jumper K), although its so obviously humorous I don't know how you can take offense. I was looking forward to him ripping apart my list, and a good job he did of it too!
