A, just.

'The Big Country' in both additions? Hm. I sense a conspiracy!

Awful thing when that happens. I had a similar experience at a Tom Jones concert.

Well after everything we have ended up with two great lists. A tough choice made tougher by both acts including The Big Country, a track that nearly made my 10.

OK, so we know who they are but for genuine reasons by a close margin it's A.

B's list is just terrible! Clearly a person with no taste whatsoever. Why he frequent's a music forum is beyond me since obviously he wouldn't know good music if it bit him in the ass. A is far superior and B should just fuck off completely because he has no business being on BCB.

Inevitably given the length of the list, B has chosen a few good songs. But only a few. A has chosen a few more. But only a few.
turn on, tune in, nod off

B is a good list, A has been one of my favourites throughout. There are far more songs on A that I love..... Had to vote against Pavement again though....

will this be the 1st & last time that a final list includes a Cult song? I'm not dissing B though, it's a great list too.

I'll go A, both lists are a bit ... pale, but that's not a major problem

I'm having difficulty differentiating both lists. There doesn't seem much pop on either, and not much dance music either and very little that diverts from classical songwriting and conventional instrumentation.

A seems full of all those taseful and dull AOR acts (Costello, XTC etc.), but does get kudos for the Miles selection.

I think B has more spirit and more killer songs although it's again a bit narrow in range.
