B, though it put me out last round, is better than any list that contains chunderchops Jonathan Richman with the worst song ever.

And, though there are some very strong selections, just as many veer away from what I like.

And A is very strong. The Everlys are almost enough on their own to get my vote.

B has some good stuff but is a bit of a mess whereas A just leaves me cold for the most part. B.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

I'm starting to greet A like an old friend. B deserves kudos for balls but surely it's been waiting for some sort of a tap on the shoulder.

A. B has barely anything on its list that interests me at all. A has plenty to keep me entertained.

B is obviously the list of someone who stood at the side of the student union disco hoping they'd get laid and taking notes as to which tunes the attractive people danced to. Needless to say they majored in wanking and feeling sorry for themselves.
A is the list of a schizophrenic punk who has spent most of their life wishing they were American. The almost definitely live in Swindon.
A has Johnny Cash and the Ramones, B has Hawkwind and the Velvet Underground.
