two decent lists. A shades it, though - there are more songs i love on that list.

I'll stick my neck out and say I agree with Griff on this. A.

I still can't understand how The Fall's version of Victoria can be one of anyone's favorite songs. Otherwise, B's list has some great material, but not enough of it to top A.

Despite The Undertones{ on B}, it's A, by some considerable distance.

I'll vote for A.

Gotta be B. A's choices are good, but a couple of message songs - and I don't want politics in me music. B is more my kind of thing anyway (altho' I agree with Snarfster - The Fall's 'Victoria' is a bit of a pointless mess).

Two very good lists. I need beer (and maybe sleep) before I can decide.

I'm going with A, but both lists have some real clunkers on them:

Isley Brothers - Harvest For The World
Generation X - King Rocker

The Fall - Victoria!! (no, no, no)

I fancy A to go all the way. Joe Tex and "If Six Was Nine". You cant beat it.

B leaves me rather cold I'm afraid, a bit dull.

I found A hit and miss originally, but it's getting better all the time as Jimmy Nichol might say.

Three great choices in the additional five - If 6 was 9, I'm Gonna Tear your Playhouse Down, Harvest For The World.

You can't argue with that.

I'll go B, even though the inclusion of Kenickie may be the work of a sick mind.

B is closer to what I like overall. So, there it is, I've overcome my indesiveness with the help of beer. There's a lesson for us all here, I feel.
