A draw by my scoring system - A gets it for having my favourite of the 30, which is Paris 1919

A close run thing, with both lists featuring some inspired and awful choices. Why on earth, if you were choosing a Talking Heads track, would you choose "Nothing but Flowers"?

But overall, I'll go B, for the Mehldau.

Both of these are charming and schizophrenic without really bringing out a grandstander. I do like A though.

I get - If someone would care to double check, we'll replay.

32 votes overall? Does everyone know we're up and running? Even though I forgot to vote.

Yeah, i commented on the low turn out on another thread. The same thing happened last year if I recall. Some people when they get knocked out seem to lose interest which is jolly selfish of them!
Maybe you should remind everyone of the cup on YY and kick all those lazy arses out of bed.

Again, not wild about either list, but I like some of B's style - a fantastic Pixies choice, plus a very odd Talking Heads selection caugt my eye.

B it is.

I thought about quitting voting after losing but am hanging in there cos I think it's respectful to those who remain.

But it does seem a bit silly once you know the best list is has been knocked out and you're just voting to determine the best of the rest.

I'm not bitter mind.

I never realised you thought so highly of my list! :D

There were some long outages yesterday which may explain the low turn out to some degree, but I also think it's down to people losing interest, just as they do in World Cups when their team is knocked out.

Having never watched a world cup and never having been in the BCB Cup before, do people tune in for the championship match?
the Eagles suck.
