again two eclectic lists, not the 60s fixated Beatlesfests I thought the winners would be. I love 7 songs on both lists, but Atmosphere swings it for A. Again nearly too close to call.
And if you tolerate this then your children will be next

i'm thinking.

it's not just about quantity, it's quality of tunes i know against each other (strange fruit vs pale blue eyes. plus respect points for picking certain tunes (screaming trees & belly vs pixies &air).

The choice of "Strange Fruit" always drags me back to this list:

B
In other words an extended look into *******’s head, and it seems to have some pretty good things in it (who among us is totally free of mental garbage?) It’s nice to see that he is confident enough so he can play some blues again,I’d like to hear more.

B starts off with September Girls and just gets better and better.

He or she is going to win the whole shebang!

A cause of the addition of Maggot Brain, Teenage Kicks and Belle and because about half of it could have been my list.

A has more colour and soul, B is a bit too Americana/guitar orientated for me. Like something the Uncut editor would come up with.

I'd take both these two lists over those in the other semi so it's a shame one is not going to make the final.

A though was always a great list but in the last two rounds has just got better and better.
