I like a lot in A but it does have a dusty patina of worthiness about it. That Roogolator track is naff.

B's stuck to it's Opeth guns and manages to squeeze out some non-standard groove and pep.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Despite the terrific J5 tune on A, I'm going with B.

Both very mixed. Neither particularly convinving. I think A has a couple of smart picks that wouldn't make it onto B.

I enjoyed the Roogalator track much more than I thought I would! This is very tight for me, what I like about both lists is neither look contrived and come across as personal selections.

In the end The Coasters track swings me to A

It came down to a track by my third favorite band: The Godfathers - She Gives Me Love
2 good tracks by bands I like...
The Triffids - Lonely Stretch
A Certain Ratio - Knife Slits Water

For Godfathers.

Quite comfortably B, even tho' there are only three or four songs there I really like.

A has mostly gone for obscurities but there's no point in doing that if they're underwhelming. The Coasters' track is good tho'.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

Inspired, A. What a great Everly Brothers song.

Gotta be A, if only for the great Everly Brothers choice. I like most of the rest too. B has some I like, and I admire them sticking to their guns with the Opeth. Doesn't mean I want to listen to it again.
