A looks like a BCB cup list, albeit with a few gems mixed in with some "BCB approved" picks. B might draw from the narrowest well we've ever seen here (ranging from garage rock to freakbeat, to psychedelic folk to 70s rockers playing acoustics). In some ways I feel like rewarding B for that - it seems pretty honest and willing to stick to its guns. Not sure if the execution quite sways me though. And though Harlem Shuffle is almost a cup staple - it's my favorite song here. So (flips a coin)......

...coin came up B.

Goodbye to the two ninnies :(

A BCB disgrace!

An affront to taste and symmetry!

Hang your heads!

A list with Ronnie Lane and Captain Beefheart and the Pretty Things and The Watersons is gone? That hurts almost as much as my pogues-driven exit.

So so sorry to see this list go. You were robbed. And by a list with Daft Punk on it (though the rest of it's good at least).

Now that would be a difficult choice - The Jim Jones Revue v The Pogues.

Abstain!
