Again, two savvy looking lists (and these recently-posted lists are making me despair of ever getting out of the early rounds) but B is the one that excites me.
Where would rock 'n' roll be without feedback?

B has two of the best selections in the Chuck Brown and Bunnymen tracks, but I prefer A's mix of genres and artists. I'd be using the skip button too much with B if it were a playlist.

Hopefully A's mediafire list works now in the original list.

Well, I love Cortez the Killer, Mitch Ryder and the Fuz, but list A is more consistently to my taste – that Steve Miro track has been a favourite single for 30 years, man and, well, older man – has a sort of theme and goes back before the 60s, so that.

Oh, so the mediafire-file is deleted now? Pity. Toobed what I could find and most of it was headnoddingly good....B has got some headscratchers on it (Hello? Goodbye!) but is nice overall....still, I'll have it for

Is the Green Fuz thing someone's kid's band? Because I can't see any other reason for it to get anywhere near the Cup. I'm not bothering to download the mp3 but what I know of A suggests it'd be a decent listen.

B is Not Very Good.

A is more to my seriously obscure taste.
Good.

Great Neil track aside, I think A has a bit more personality (plus I never did get the love for Black Sabbath)

the masked man wrote:List A

01 Hey Leroy, Your Mama's Calling - Jimmy Castor
02 Dreams of Desire - Steve Miro & the Eyes
03 Weekend of a Private Secretary - Mildred Bailey
04 Time Goes By So Slow - the Distractions
05 Frenesi - Artie Shaw
06 Chimacun Rain - Linda Perhacs
07 Remember Me - British Sea Power
08 Who Knows Where the Time Goes - Fairport Convention
09 What Will Death Be Like? - Momus
10 Easy Rider - Electric Flag

there's a couple of those that are seriously obscure, so I made an mp3/m4a file of all of them at
http://www.mediafire.com/download/y0szw%20...%20B+list.zip

List B

1. Black Sabbath - Paranoid link
2. Everly Brothers - Man With Money link
3. Hello - New York Groove link
4. Randy Alvey and the Green Fuz - Green Fuz link
5. Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels - Devil With a Blue Dress/Good Golly Miss Molly link
6. Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Cortez the Killer link
7. Skatalites - Confucius link
8. Chuck Brown & The Soul Searchers - Bustin Loose link
9. Echo & The Bunnymen - Villiers Terrace link
10. Fapardokly - Tomorrow's Girl link

Two really interesting lists, very personal touches to each. I love that Jimmy Castor pick, A, but I think in general i'd probably enjoy listening to B all the way through more.

in fact they are NOT obscure enough
