I'm pretty sure people will remember (the majority of) the list. I'm curious to see if people get swayed to vote for lists they previously voted against if the entrant has listened to their criticism and removed particular tracks that proved to be unpopular....

It's a tricky thing adding/subtracting from the list. In mine their were three songs that seemed to sway the vote both for and against. To replace or not? They also happen to be my least favourite songs on my list!

For mine, too, there were one or two that got criticised, but which also seemed to earn me one or two other votes. I may or may not have swapped them out... ;)

14 matches into round 2 and still no highlighting of replacement tracks.

That was never stated as a requirement.

The entrants could do it.

Given that the changes are required it would be nice to see them.

I think if you highlight them it detracts from the rest of the list.

Generally, I think it's the list as a whole that matters, rather than which changes have been made. Basically, the question is, does the list hang together well as it stands?

Because it is part of the game. Personally I would favour a list with lots of changes more than one with only one change. As it is I can't tell if anyone has made a single change.

I get what Chris is saying, I'm not too bothered about them being highlighted because I agree with MM that it's about the list as a whole rather than elevating some tracks above others. However I am getting fed up of seeing lists that have only changed one song, it's got the feel of pulling a fast one. Next year I'd like to see stipulated a minimum of three changes.
Be interesting to see whether those lists continue with that tactic.

Though it's tempting to change more, why change a winning list too much?
