I'd like to pull out too, guys.

Simply too much on my hands right now... and besides I'll be off on holiday just when things get started.

Nick is in, then?

By the way, we are up to full strength again. Jed has accepted my offer to re-join the competition; he only withdrew in order to allow Watts to play, after all.

Do you remember this match Andrew?

We had the BCB masses gasping in awe and on tenterhooks. We may never see the like again. A BCB pinnacle.

Remembrance of a past defeat....though this one was hard fought. I gave everything with a truly cool list after all...this year, I turn heel with a list of pure metal that will beat BCB's pathetic herds into submission with power and precision. BCB will never be the same again!

I'll bet it's like all the others- a wholesale smorgasbord of BCB-liked stuff that will stop at nothing to grab votes at all cost.

Are you trying to put the mozz on me before we've even begun, man?!

With the new rules it's hard to say how voters will react to list changes - with just 10 songs will they reward more obscure or canon lists, and wll they punish lists that substitute too few or too many songs from round to round? This is gonna be fascinating to watch!

I think this might be the Year of the Celebrating Goat.

In 2011 you beat me in the 2nd round.

In 2012 you beat me in the 3rd round.

Last year you beat me in the quarter-finals.

I'd say you're odds-on to reach the final this year!

Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

The first four ties are now posted for your delectation. As always, votes will be accepted during the match period of 48 hours.

However, I am still waiting for a number of lists, so get your fingers out! Thank you.
