I like both lists, but a loses me with the Style Council pick. And b continues to be good -

B

(despite the other list's BOLD BOLD choice of a sweet Style Council track, the B is just a bit better, and has no Lambchop)
Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

there are a few things not bad on B, while A is mostly nonsense but does have the Drifter and the B-side of the second-greatest single ever made.
Rayge finds it diverting that having seen both his favourite singles trashed by trash in the BCB cup, three of the four songs contained thereupon are contending for the semi-finals.
anyway, he says

But it does have the pretty dire Primitives and the cliched retro rock of The Black Angels.

B isn't perfect, but it is more consistent than the ramshackle A and has some very good choices. This is however partly down to its safety-first approach: I don't really see much personality or excitement there. A might not all be to my taste but I'd simply prefer to hear it as a playlist because I think it would be more interesting.

This is getting harder with every round... there's a lot to love in A, and it's alömost a head-to-head situation, but the wonderful Bobby Bland track makes the difference:

Two splendid lists but B is a bit less obvious for me.

A 14-20 B

This result means that we will definitely have a new BCB Cup Champion this year.

A was G The Modernist.

B, your next three songs need to be with me by 20:00 GMT this Sunday.

That was always going to be the case. Sgt Pepper won it last year.
