I'm a bit disappointed by B's additions. I can't really get with Steeleye Span, even if I like English folk generally, but they always sound so earnest and inadvertently silly, and Finzi seems out of place.
For all that I did really like its original eight and that's more than enough against a patchy A.

B especially as one of A's choices seems to have Alan Carr as its vocalist.

 . To be fair he had a good voice, although what they were doing was awfully generic and dull.

Good for B that, just when it seemed to be getting trapped by its own thematic unity, it made an abrupt left turn. Not my favorite Steeleye by a longshot, but at least there's a sense that it's movable, anyway, if not quite a feast yet.

A continues to mix some great stuff in with some stuff that makes me wonder what they're thinking.

A.

It's like some hipster cafe version of a bacon sarnie. A lot of what you know and some whimsical turn or two in the sauce department.

B has gone all fucking herbal on us.

B for Steeleye Span.

I have to say BCB the lists in round 2 are dire. You voted the wrong stuff out once again.

B, forgive and forget, and Steeleye Span are a brave and noble choice.
