Enjoyed A, but B may well be the best list in the Cup so far. Particularly nice to see Timbuk 3 get an airing, and I'd never heard of Railroad Jerk before - might need to have a dig around later...

There's nearly nothing I can get into on the bumptious, borderline annoying B. The merely meh-ish A takes it despite the blandest opening track yet.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

I'm rather BCB tired so just some quick voting tonight, apologies. Think B wins it here but it's close.

There are some things on A I liked: the Cashier No 9 was good, plus the Cale/Neuwirth, Clark and Mayer on A; on B, there isn't much at all. T Rex is pretty much it.

Liked the Fowley and Vaughan track, but the remainder of B was sort of stuff I neither loved nor hated, except the Dresden Dolls which was abysmal.

More standouts on A, not least the two lesser known tracks Cashier No 9 and Nathaniel Mayer.
