I haven't been knocked out yet, but my bitterness is already building up exponentially.

I got knocked out, to a fucking novelty list. And had my taste classified as unlistenable.

So all in all, I'm pretty happy with that.
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

Actually, Moot was massively in to Melt Banana.

Was moot a bcb-er? I just thought they meant I was irrelevant.

Which I'd also be quite happy with.

Now see, you need to be much more bitter on this thread. That's the rule.

So my list seemed to divide BCB into those who felt it was way too eclectic, in which case they voted against it, or that actually it wasn't particularly eclectic at all, in which case they voted against it. Make up your fcking useless minds, people! And Penk, thanks for organising all this, but what the fck did I ever do to you? What have you got against me? Is it cuz I'm Swedish? Since when is "all over the place" a bad thing? "Kitchen sink"? I think half the votes against me were because spineless BCBers wanted to toe your line.

EVERY SINGLE FCKING YEAR i win the first round and go out in the second round. It's driving me insane. This list, and last year's list which dared to have two blues-ish songs in it and was therefore dismissed as a "history lesson for old people", are by some distance the two best lists that have graced this god forsaken competition, but yet again BCB shows itself to just to be unable to break free from its narrow-minded swamp of predictability. I should fcking know better, I know that by now. It shouldn't hurt as much as it does, I know that, I know that. You people are fcking impossible. "Ham-fisted...perhaps a more modern rendition than Caruso"? Are you fcking kidding me? Bringing some Caruso and Smetana into the equation made the "quality control go awol"? It's cynical?!

I'll throw the kitchen sink in your collective, ugly faces.

Voted against me *%^*** twice. Glad i didn't wish you a happy birthday low-key. .

And never/ever what is up with you? I'm your "favourite list" so far, "champ" - but you're too busy to stick your thumb out of your ass to vote for me in the second round when every vote was needed? With friends like these, fcks sake.

BCB, enjoy your boring-ass BCB-by-numbers Chairmen of the Boards, Glen Campbells and all the other real "tick-boxing" BCB crap. Heaven forbid that anyone could have any fun with great music!

Maybe next year you'll do better with something more contemporary like Perry Como or Andy Williams.

that was the worst of your selections mate.

Otherwise, another year and another vindication that the cup trawls a narrow and socially acceptable presentation.

20 of you are now dead to me, cloth eared cunts with no appreciation outside of the accepted norm.

See you all next year in which I will be taking the bleep manifesto to heart.
