for me, mostly for the great 'Wild In The Streets' and the irresistible 'Sabotage' (I wouldn't switch off anything else in the list either)

A has a good Bowie pick and a gem from the first VH album but Zappa and Megadeth sink it for me.

My word its hard to compete with B on the basis of what A has offered up.

Sabotage, walk on by and solsbury hill versus what one can only say is a soundtrack to a time place that is neither exp[ressive nor exploratory but then again its the cup isn't it.

Both a bit crap. B less so thanks to "Wild In The Streets".

No real discoveries on either list - not that A gives you a chance without putting you to work - but I like most of B pretty well.

Ugh...I will have to come back to this. If I don't manage it before the final vote, count this as a pass.

Most years I have a predisposition to vote against any list with Bowie in and this year the inclusion seems more cynical than ever. Still the highlight of A though by miles. Zappa can fuck off and I hate that Supertramp song with a passion.

Good to see The Shazam on B although personally I'd have picked anything from Godspeed. Nothing wrong with Walk On By or Solsbury Hill but can't help thinking you should be a bit more imaginative with only 8 tracks to play with. Still an easy B

I checked out that Nadine Shah, A, something new to explore so cheers. 'Arabian Knights' and 'Jamie's Crying' are faves as well.
B is strong though, and carries this match for me pretty easily. Didn't skip a single track and great Mac choice.

Appreciate the devil-may-care attitude of A, checked the few tracks out I didn't know.In th end nothing really shattered me, even the Zappa-pick is OK at best...

B opens strong and dies off a bit but has more clutch to its drive...

B for me. I mean I like some songs on A but it's not even trying. It can't even type out the full names of the artists for fucks sake. I don't care if we're meant to know who they are, it's the principle of the fucking thing,

Jeez, both of these are terrible efforts, is this the comedy match-up? Of all the Bowie tracks you could've had, "Lets Dance" was the best that sprung to mind? Ugh. And The Shazam, I doubt I'll hear a worse track this year. I think I'll have to come back to this.

Nadine Shaw is new to me, and vaguely interesting. Solzbury Hill and Arabaian Knights are decent tracks. That's about all I have to go off at the moment.
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

Creator of list A did not take this very seriously, and this is very serious. Please never bore me like that again.
B... that Urban Dance Squad is a yes yes yes.
