Germany. They're more civilised, they have better architecture, TV, roads, and shops. They don't tit on for hours about themselves and don't have a load of stupid 'traditions' that involve cruelty to animals. And they don't go to church every five minutes and live with their grandmothers.

A draw.
Germany's magnificent history, culture and efficiency is let down by generally woeful food. Spain's superb geography, customs, wide-ranging history and food culture from Galicia to Andalusia nearly beats it if it wasn't for the presence of British expats.
