You'll fit right in with the general - everything went to shit in 1979 - ambience of the board if you keep quite about the Chicago ambient stuff.

Hmm. The first reminds me of Tangerine Dream's
Zeit, but doesn't really hold my interest much. The second one seems to have much more about it, a strong hint of Steve Reich and krautrock there, it's really quite nice indeed.
