We took my youngest daughter to university this weekend.
This morning the family dog, Lulu, took me on a tour of the house looking for her... to no avail
We will all miss her... until Christmas anyway.

Some of my nieces and nephews moved away in the last week too - I didn’t appreciate how difficult it could be for parents till I saw my siblings in bits.
