Slightly sore arm after the first jab but otherwise nothing at all

I had a sore arm for a few days. No other problems.

It’s official now. One down, one to go at the end of the month. Everything went incredibly smooth.

Sigh. The EU has made a right pig's breakfast of the vaccinations. No idea when I or anyone I know will be getting our jabs. Meanwhile, there are literally millions of AstraZeneca doses sitting in fridges, which they refuse to give to over 55s and younger people refuse to have because of the bad publicity.
Bugger off.

I had mine done last Saturday (27th Feb). Didn't even notice it - absolutely no side effects. Next jab is anytime up to May 22nd.... the NHS is a wonderful, wonderful thing.

My sister lives out in the sticks now, (which is not nice, bubble-wise) and she's had time on her hands so has been volunteering at a vaccination centre in a disused factory complex.
She's been on car park duty but it's been far from straightforward. Most of the patients arriving were seniors. Many had driven there okay but when it came to go home, their cars wouldn't start. Chock-a-block.
You can imagine how it happened - they'd been shielding at home, avoiding mini cabs, perhaps ordering groceries on line and having pharmacy meds delivered so their cars have been standing idle for months. She was guiding in and supervising as many AA, RAC, Green Flag and private breakdown vehicles to jump-start and charge flat car batteries as she was dealing with patients.
Nonsense to the aggressiveness, I've seen more aggression on the my little pony message board......I mean I was told.

Rebecca got her second dose today. Will see how things go. Hopefully uneventful. She’s a tough cookie so I don’t anticipate any other reaction.

Other than an arm that is more sore than the first time Rebecca is doing fine with her Moderna vaccine.
