It's a pandemic of corruption.

Follow the funds
They present an image of being fully devoted to the public good, while in fact actively helping to destroy it.

https://www.humanosphere.org/global-hea ... -strategy/Doctors Without Borders criticizes Gates-backed global vaccine strategy
The global health strategy to expand childhood immunizations, largely backed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is too focused on new vaccines and neglects the fundamental need to improve basic public health and immunization programs in poor countries.
So says Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF), aka Doctors Without Borders
The approach appears aimed more at supporting drug industry desires to promote new products than at finding the most efficient and sustainable means for fighting the diseases of poverty ...

COVID: Why are Swedish towns banning masks?
February 8, 2021
Officials in Halmstad municipality, Sweden, recently forced a teacher to remove their mask and prohibited the use of masks and all forms of PPE in schools. The municipality said there was no scientific evidence for wearing masks, citing the Swedish public health agency. At the time, agency guidance stated that there were “great risks” that masks would be used incorrectly. This guidance has since been removed. https://theconversation.com/covid-why-a ... sks-153681
The article goes on to say,
Then the article steps out of objectivity bounds saying,The municipality eventually backed down.
These local mask bans are a logical product of nine months of consistent anti-mask statements by the Swedish state, which we argue is an example of poor risk communication.
Whatever, this demonstrates there are others of us out here who agree that masks are a waste and probably an illegal imposition.

You want me to stop? Tell you what, I'll stop when one of you comes out and says they pretty much agree with my skepticism. After all this thread is getting like a 1000 views a day so all one of you needs to do is step up and say - more or less - this Covid situation is horseshit and normalcy needs to be restored. Until then I think you need to be schooled in what alternative, free thinkers are saying about what is turning out to be the most serious Nazi-level, society shaking shit since WWII.
Meanwhile here is a Covid-skeptic's commenter's telling letter about his experience in the hospital in Victoria, Australia.

Back from hospital again. Spent five days in emergency care. Over the last six months have spent twenty two days all up. Old timer stuff so it won’t be the last time i will need to be admitted.
This hospital is the largest throughout the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. So if a coroni outbreak occurred this one would take all the incoming patients.
I ask many questions each time i have been admitted.
I still haven’t had a PCR test in all this time.
The only supposed outbreak was within their own ranks which ended up being some minor flu type outbreak amongst the staff. This was confirmed by three doctors i had spoken with and countless nurses.
Zero case admissions with regard to Covid.
Zero deaths with regard to Covid.
Patients of any ailment do not need to wear masks while in wards.
The only time a PCR test is administered is if surgery is required. This apparently is legislative law. What does that mean anymore? I dunno.
The vast majority of doctors and nurses are feed up to the eyeballs with the shenanigans from both the public and Government.
Anyhoo, i’m dropping a strong painkiller-Valium mix to sleep through the night.
Cheers!!

Re: Critically thinking about the corona virus
I agree that the panic is overblown and has been supported and egged on by ALL media (not just mass media), and that various municipalities have gone about the lockdown in a way that's unnecessarily damaging. I think the Great Barrington folks bring up a good point that needs to be discussed openly and logically.
I also think how much or how we post or respond actually has ZERO affect on what Jimbo does or doesn't post. Yes, zero.
I'm skeptical. But if he does keep his word, I owe Sneelock lunch (at very least).

Yeah, I'm gonna post again because everyday more and more negative and CRITICAL stories, words, articles, videos, rebutting all of your "Ooh, Jimbo, stop harshing my Corona vibe." Dipshits.
Fucking anyway, if you don't think this whole HOAX is just a moneymaker for the Pharma-Industrial-Complex, dig this regarding antibodies and the deluge of cash you dumb rube assholes are shoveling into their coffers.

By Rosemary Frei, MSc

The world has been fixated for months on novel-coronavirus PCR testing, contact tracing and vaccination.
Meanwhile, another major part of the Covid biomedical complex has received far less attention: the use of antibodies for detecting, diagnosing and treating infection with the novel coronavirus.
Hundreds of antibodies have been approved for these purposes since January 2020. And hundreds more are poised to start being marketed soon.
This is part of the biomedical gold rush: by last summer already, antibodies were on track to become the most lucrative medical product, with global revenue projected to reach nearly half a trillion dollars by 2024. Profit margins in the range of 67% aren’t uncommon.
Pharma giants such as AstraZeneca, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline and Eli Lilly are among the companies grabbing the largest chunks of the novel-coronavirus-antibody market. And some of the most muscular government agencies, including Anthony Fauci’s US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the US’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, are part of the action (see, for example, the second-last section of this article, on antibodies used to treat Covid).
Virtually every study and piece of marketing material related to Covid is premised on scientists having positively and correctly identified the presence of the novel coronavirus (also known as SARS-CoV-2) in the material they’re working with.
The job of that identification is usually given to antibodies that are said to bind to the novel coronavirus. The assumption is these antibodies are able to pick out the virus and only the virus from among every other organism and substance surrounding it.
Unfortunately it turns out that the antibodies rarely (if ever) do that. This is because of, among other things, inadequate verification of the antibodies’ accuracy in targeting the virus by the companies that manufacture and sell them. And there’s even less verification by government regulators.
Let’s take a 30,000-foot tour of a couple of the main features of the antibody-industry landscape, which is awash in complexity and cash.

Is that some kind of rebuttal? The Onion is a news parody site. It isn't the news. Kinda is actual fake news, ya know.
So, Baron, what is the real news from Texas? Look out your window. Is the sidewalk littered with bodies? Are more ambulances rushing by? Are your hospitals crammed up with Covid sufferers? Can you still buy toilet paper?
Come on man. You're smart. Don't make it political. Just because an R opened up your state doesn't make it better than when a D closes it. The illness is the illness and it ain't as bad as you are being sold, er, told. There is plenty of qualitative, non-political, noncommercial data out here which sez so.

Imagine, if you will, a portion of the population who are so helplessly detached from reality that they would shut down the economy of a nation, plunge its people into joblessness and destitution and keep them living under North Korean-style, Communist travel restrictions, using the pretence of a flu virus with a 99.98% survival rate for those who are infected.
