I've not heard of Amanda Marcotte or "Salon" before this morning but what she writes does make sense .. at least to me.

I love how Dr. Ronald Feinman thinks .. he as a great, in my opinion, blog but of course, we tend to see the world in the same way.

President Vladimir Putin, who ordered interference in the 2016 election on Trump's behalf and is already doing the same for Trump in 2020.

 Saying a lie over and over does not make the lie true but is effective as propaganda.

And considering Russia and China are allied with Iran we should stick to facts - unless, that is, you want war.

Me? Want War" No Way .. here is the entire paragraph that you are quoting ..

This stick-it-to-Obama motivation also explains the shape of Trump's erratic relationship with North Korea, in which he emphasizes showy photo-ops with dictator Kim Jong-un meant to make Obama look like a failure, even though, on substance, the "deals" Trump has made with Kim are useless. The profit/personal gain motive also explains Trump's ongoing infatuation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who ordered interference in the 2016 election on Trump's behalf and is already doing the same for Trump in 2020.

Jimmy Dore and Max Blumenthal double team this topic exposing the actual who, what, why where and how of the Iran situation.

And hereeeeeeeers, Caitlin - again.

Anyone who just accepts US government assertions about the need for military force without a mountain of independently verifiable proof is, to put it nicely, a complete fucking idiot.

I agree.

But you can take any statement .. say that it's true a thousand times .. it doesn't make it true .. BUT you can say that the statement is false a thousand times and it doesn't make it false either

Unless you have proof the statements are false, which if you click on the links you will see my sources always provide. Maybe if you read Caitlin or watched Jimmy Dore or Max Blumenthal you'd understand. Instead you'd rather read some nobody with no proof on Salon. FFS.

Parliament voted on a five-point action plan that would require the Iraqi government to end the presence of foreign troops in the country, and withdraw its request for assistance from the anti-ISIS global coalition. This would require new legislation to cancel the existing agreement. ...

It is somehow ironic that the U.S. has spent lots of lives and money to "spread democracy" in Iraq only to be kicked out through an Iraqi parliament vote.

Wiki says that "Salon is an American news and opinion website, created by David Talbot in 1995. It publishes articles on U.S. politics, culture, and current events and has a politically progressive, liberal editorial stance."

It's pretty well known.

Thanks, I should've researched Salon but since I agreed with the article, I was lax. A good source after all ... :)

No mention of the Iraqi bases housing US military personnel which have been bombed?

It keeps getting worse...
