It's Chambord for me ... in coffee, over vanilla ice cream to just to sip.

My friend Alec makes this vodka infusion with cranberries.

There was a time when I drank a lot of lemoncello in the summer but I haven't touched a cordial in years.

Not sure what a cordial is I looked it up and it said its a sweet fruity alcoholic beverage so, knowing that now my favorite cordial is umeishu or plum wine. Straight, on the rocks or with a splash of soda it's sweet and delicious.

Very close between raspberry and elderflower, elderflower just takes it.


Preferably my mum's, though my older sister's is excellent too.
