Did you ever notice that a restaurant tuna on rye was somehow better than any tuna sandwich you made at home?

Nope although there are a few places that make a killer tuna! Got one around here might have to do a tuna bagel for lunch today!

One of the best bagel "sandwiches" that I've ever had came from a lunch wagon or roach coach. The owner was a Japanese guy named Brian, his 'bagel special was a lightly toasted bagel, lots of first rate cream cheese, a slice of tomato and ...... bacon. The taste was outrageously good. I've never attempted it at home but now that I think of it .. maybe.

We called it a maggot wagon.
