Okay, so I'm gonna get my weight down so I'm cutting out the slice of dry toast.

Just made and ate a Pam-fried chopped up whole onion with two large eggs scrambled in. (To save dishes to wash I dumped the egg and onion in the scrambling bowl and ate with the scrambling fork.)

I miss my toast. :(

We decided to leave Terlingua without breakfast and get it in Alpine, an hour away. When we arrived at Magoo's Place at 10:50 we were told it was now lunch time so I had tacos instead of eggs. There was zero spicing on the ground beef so they were weird though I did get a little salsa to throw on them which helped a little.

You don't have to miss your toast .. cut down on something at lunch or dinner and drink lots of water if you don't already.

Thanks for that. It makes sense but what struck me most from the article was this

Researchers honed in on a key hormone impacting both groups: ghrelin, which regulates hunger.

If the motherfuckers know the motherfucking hunger hormone hows come they can't come up with a motherfucking hunger hormone killer or regulator or sumptin'! (Aside from speed.)

Funny, if coffee is kind of like speed how come coffee doesn't stop hunger like speed.

Wetherspoon’s large breakfast.

2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs, 3 hash browns, beans, tomato, mushrooms, toast, bottomless coffee.

And some rugby.

Egg salad sandwich on multigrain bread .. coffee.

No speed.

Eat slower if you are hungry and drink lots of water. Good luck on your weight loss,

Doing something I haven't done in ages. I'm a'skippin breakfast. I overate and over drank so much last night I'm not that hungry. But if you pushed me I could eat a couple of eggs, and a slice of toast.

Two scrambled eggs fried in chemically enhanced, butter flavored Pam along with a child's fistful of chopped red onion. My toast was one slice of that dense, European (Danish?), vacuumed packed, last forever rye bread. And coffee! Good morning.

Spinach on toast.
I didn’t wash the spinach properly as usual, so it was actually spinach and soil on toast.
