Just spooned down a microwaved single portion plastic bag of chicken meatballs in some gluey sauce. Nescafe.

Yum for the meat pie. Just don't get the peanut butter with velveeta but I just looked it up and there is even a peanut butter velveeta fudge.

I used to, in my younger days, make a sandwich up out of white bread, PB on both slices, Nutella on both sides and sliced bananas in the middle. Flop the lot into one and pig out. Sometimes, I'd even put actual butter on the bread at the start. 1,000,000,000 calories.

It's been years, mind. :P

Man, I'd like to see what dinner looks/sounds like. (Have they re-opened your gym yet?)

Keto diet. Loads of protein and very low carbs. No bread, pasta or rice. Hungry? Eat as much meat or eggs you like. Went from 38 jeans to 34 and counting down to my old 32s.

And the gym reopened about a week ago. They take temp as you enter and masks are mandatory. I feel so safe!
