Leftover salad made up of sliced cabbage, cucumber, tomato, onion, kiwi and smoked chicken. Coffee with cream.

I'm on a new keto-diet-friendly kick of adding a splash of heavy full fat cream in my coffee. It's delicious.

I'm lactose intolerant and haven't used Lactaid in a couple of years, so, basically no cheese (argh, but I do love pizza and miss it terribly) or anything like that. But yesterday I loaded up on Lactaid again, so, this morning, it'll be Brie on vegan toast. Can't wait. Might have that with hot chocolate.

Bacon sandwich (brown sauce) preceded by a few spoons of banana and butterscotch yoghurt. Tea. Coffee an hour later, and yes, can’t beat adding full fat double cream, in the right measure, too much ruins it.

In the spirit of cleaning out the fridge I had three Pam-scrambled eggs flavored with the dregs from a two-year old (maybe) squeeze bottle of pizza sauce. (That won't be on Jimbo's Breakfast Hut menu again. Yuck.) The coffee and cream were great however.

Two scrambled eggs fried up with a chopped up and pre-sauteed piece of "salad chicken". In other words, chicken 'n' eggs! Coffee.

I'm having one of my favourites. Peanut butter and Velveeta (cheese) on fresh white bread. Water to wash it down. Miam.
