Mini bacon/maple sausages with egg. Then, a couple of slices of raisin bread with peanut butter. Maybe a bit of jam on the side.

Had a look around Jimbo. That doesn't look like a breakfast to but you've had many of those "main dish leftovers" for breakfast over the years. Looks pretty good actually. Any spices in there?

Soy sauce, dashi (fish stock) and sugar/mirin (sweet rice cooking wine) = umami. The potato chunks soak up the sauce and are mind blowing-ly good.

Fried mashed potatoes and eggs mish mash. Spoon eatin'. Coffee.

Ginger ale so far but will attack the raspberries very soon. Love raspberries. Need to go get more for the weekend.

Turns out it was 2 hard-boiled eggs, a large handful of raspberries, honey and some strawberry jam. Yummy.

That sounds good. I'll be having more hard-boiled eggs (I love them and I' good at them) with Mergues sausages. Some fresh fruit on the side, either strawberries or raspberries, likely the latter. I might switch the eggs (they'll keep) for pancakes and syrup. Getting hungry.

Getting up at 11am kind of throws your schedule off. Need to fix that.
