Went to Zero 3 in Eton High Street this morning....

2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 fried eggs, 2 hash browns, 2 black pudding slices, 2 tomato slices, mushrooms, baked beans and 2 toast slices. And tea.

I didn’t eat again until 8pm.

A couple of times a month I break from my cereal/milk routine for a hot breakfast. As it is overcast today and feeling a little chilly I opted for a Canadian bacon/cheese omelot and whole wheat walnut levain and a satsuma mandarin. Ready to tackle the day or at least the morning. :)

Getting closer and closer to full-on keto. This morning I had a Pam fried cheddar cheese omelet and black coffee. Should have cooked it in butter but I am still counting calories and so I used the no-cal Pam.
