This made my mouth water. Gotsta have Bermuda onion! OMG.

Yesterday I made a smooshed up, week-old baked sweet potato and two egg Pam hash. Coffee. The only satisfaction I got from that breakfast was having done my part to clean out the fridge.

But then today I made a two egg hash with some stir fried purple cabbage, green pepper, onion and tomato. On the side I ate a micro-waved potato cooked in one of these. We call ours the "floopty-floop." It's a very handy device. Do you have one?

Pam fried scrambled eggs with parmigian cheese. Coffee.

Speaking of coffee, I and my wife have found that the coffee blend labeled as "mild" seems to tastes best.

*I need "strong" coffee and while coffee can be a bit strong, I can't drink weak coffee.
