A smoothy my wife made consisting of banana, frozen strawberries, milk and raw tororo-imo, a popular (in Japan), healthful, gooey, mild tasting, starchy tuber root which actually nicely lends itself to the smoothy ingredient list. My wife sez it should help with the bowels.

Leftover chicken curry and leftover coffee.

I am not a coffee snob. I always make too much because that's the formula which works. But I'll happily drink day-old coffee warmed up in the micro wave. The main thing I want from coffee is the caffeine jolt and it seems that time doesn't lessen the caffeine. And it tastes all right.
