Aunt Jemima on the package?

Yes and the waffles were Eggo, not the EGO brand ... Btw ~ She's not my real Aunt.

An original concoction I think. I buy these punchy tasting, individually sized cans of tomato chicken curry. Meant to be eaten with rice, today I instead dumped the contents onto well cooked Pam-fried scrambled eggs. I would rate it: EDIBLE.

I've got the day off so had time to soft-boil two 3 and a half minute chucky eggs and I feel fantastic. I also had 2 slices of low GI Ukrainian rye bread soldiers with caraway seeds.

A smoothy my wife made consisting of banana, frozen strawberries, milk and raw tororo-imo, a popular (in Japan), healthful, gooey, mild tasting, starchy tuber root which actually nicely lends itself to the smoothy ingredient list. My wife sez it should help with the bowels.
