Just getting into a a low-carb/high-fat "keto" diet, I added some maribo cheese to my two Pam fried eggs and onions. Coffee.

An original concoction I think. I buy these punchy tasting, individually sized cans of tomato chicken curry. Meant to be eaten with rice, today I instead dumped the contents onto well cooked Pam-fried scrambled eggs. I would rate it: EDIBLE.

I've got the day off so had time to soft-boil two 3 and a half minute chucky eggs and I feel fantastic. I also had 2 slices of low GI Ukrainian rye bread soldiers with caraway seeds.
