Cookie dough ice cream. First time I ever tried it was when we got Ben & Jerry's in Denmark. I didn't think much of it at first, wasn't used to eating raw cookie dough! But now I rather like it in ice cream, a nice contrast to the cold ice cream. But 500 ml of that stuff is hard on the stomach. I am afraid the raw cookie dough will rise in the stomach. At any rate, if you eat halfway melted ice cream, if it is almost like soft ice, the cookie dough effect isn't nearly as good. Instead of providing a nice contrast to the cold ice cream, it is more isolated and stands out more, just not as good. So tonight I had a little 500 ml tub, but the ice cream was too soft, and the whole experience with that is not one I wish to repeat. If I ever have cookie dough ice cream again, I'll make sure the ice cream is more solid.
