Another bottle of wine with dinner, this time help from R so only a half per, then a 2.5 mile walk and a bottle of Belgian Quad with chocolates for dessert.

I'm at the office this morning, most likely just for a half day, but when I get home...watch out.

Lager tops for me. Cheers.

(I've never had one but always liked the name - seems to bring me back to my 1993 trip to London where I learned lots.

Actually, do you have any Honey Jack Daniels to go with my blackberry/blackcurrant tea? I'd take a shot.

Ta.

I'm ready! I just cracked open a growler (1 gallon bottle) of pineapple flavored (dry) apple cider from my friend's tasting room. They are open for limited (3hrs) hours for take home options of cider. The pineapple is a fave of mine so I had to go large, besides he doesn't can or bottle it for sale outside of his building. It screams for Thai food.

How long does it remain "good" once opened? Not my cup of tea, but sounds interesting. Also, I find it funny about the Thai food as yesterday, I made myself some Thai marinated giant shrimp with a nice salad. It must have been years since I've done that.

I just cracked open my Sunday night can of Krombacher Hell. Nice and cold. I probably won't finish it (500ml) as it's getting kind of late. Even if I'm working from home these days, it just means I start working earlier with no commute or necessary prep (morning shower, clothes...)

Enjoy

Don't knock it till you've tried it. ;) It's really good. Not something I'd drink every day mind, but still pretty tasty.
