Being able to eat what you like for lunch

Coming in from a walk in the cold and putting the fire on

Strolling aimlessly round a new city and seeing the people and places

Finishing a really good book and picking a new one from the shelf

A footballer scoring in the World Cup and being overwhelmed with emotion (see Marco Tardelli or Fabio Grosso - the Italians are good at this)

Getting off a plane at a favourite destination

An animal repeating the same foolish and unproductive action over and over again
