I was thinking the same thing, but wasn't sure he realized condoms weren't only for birth control.

Move to live in a different country every few years and learn that the best thing you can drop/lose/cease to fear is other people. Fuck all your possessions.
I could be wrong. I usually am.

I'd rather just throw the cheese-grater away, if that's ok with you.

What's that got to do with the price of tea in China?

The women I've gone out with don't have to worry about that kind of thing anymore.

Plus, on the West Coast, we get Chinese goods fresh off the boat, so tea should be easy to find at a reasonable price.

I don't get around that much and neither have my partners.

Hell, son - anyone gets around more than me.

Put it this way - this is my longest no-sex streak yet. That's why the condoms are wishful thinking!

I have a jumbled ball of old in-ear earphones. Most were cheap in the first place. Some have one blown phone, some started shorting out or crackling and others just had sucky sound. I salvage them for the rubber ear tips.
Some say the glass is half-empty others half-full. I say. "Lemme see that glass!"

Every once in a while I find a random pile of mail from like, 2009 that I never properly sorted through.

If the mail is at least ten years old, it can be discarded. If it is nine years or less, I have to look at it, and I'm not in the mood right now, so I just put the pile back where I found it.

Eventually it will hit the ten year mark and I can finally get rid of it.

I have several boxes of VHS tapes and cassettes that I never play. Some have my own music on them and I hope SOMEDAY to digitize every minute of it. That stuff's worth keeping around. But then I have tapes I made of CDs from my collection that for some reason, it feels wrong to toss out. So again, they just stay there.

I discovered a basketball in my storage closet the other day. I don't know why I kept it. I've bought two newer ones in the meantime.

Yep. It's our generation's bit of wood. When I cleared out my dad's shed it was full of odd bits of misshapen wood kept for some nebulous reason.
