I guess so but it's syrupy in texture and I use it for the same things (pancakes and porridge mainly) but its' not really syrup I agree. Maple it is then, I adore the stuff.

Vermont maple syrup is pretty good. Quite similar to the stuff we produce here in Quebec. Canada produces about 80% of the world's maple syrup and 91% of that comes from Quebec. If ever Vermont runs out, you know who to call. ;)

:lol: I'm closer to Vermont but the whole upper Northeast and canada would be my pick.

Need to go on my dark amber vermont syrup, cheese, pancakes and a little hike. Springtime :D
