As a beer-drinker, you would say that ;) .

Incidentally, s I didn't cover it in my early essay, I use cannabis because I enjoy the feeling of being stoned, rather than to escape the feeling of not being stoned, or anything else. It's a way of engaging with, rather than avoiding, my world

Very good, Rayge! Thanks for clarifying why you use cannabis. Would you say that you enjoy experiencing your world in a different way then, that is not really 'much more rewarding' than what you encounter when not using it?
On the whole, I'd rather be in Wallenpaupack.

:D

IIRC addictions are classified in DSM-5, which means that they're menthol disorders.
On the whole, I'd rather be in Wallenpaupack.

I'm trying to give up the booze right now. It's not making me happy.

Same here.

My best friend doesn't smoke anymore because he gets paranoid. It's never made me feel that way. I honestly believe weed has made me a much better, well-rounded person.

The only time I tried weed, I got paranoid very quickly. That warned me off the stuff.

There are many factors in paranoid thoughts, but mostly I feel it's the situation, rather than the weed strain. For example, my buddy gets paranoid because he has kids & lives in the suburbs. Personally, having kids and being a suburbanite would make me want to stay high 24/7. But hey...

Try ingesting if you get a chance. Edibles give a body high, much different than smoking. I don't care for it, but it works for some.

I wouldn’t recommend ingesting hash at all - I had a hellish hallucinatory experience after chewing a piece of resin no bigger than a match head some years ago.

I can only get pressed hash discs around here, and I've never ingested them. Just sprinkle a bit on top of some loud and prepare to cough and cough. It's been a while since I had any, though.

Some folks press their own disks out of kief. I don't like grinders, so....
