My glasses aren't really safety spex, unless you consider the angle that they allow me to not be blind, but you'd be surprised how much saw dust finds its way behind glasses, and they certainly aren't going to protect from larger wood chips smacking you in the face. I'm always alone when cutting on my property, so I try to be as safe as possible.
