Thankfully I'm not in pain, except sometimes when I move it feels like a hernia or I've done too many sit ups. However, I'm one nudge away from excruciating pain should anyone bump my copious clangers. So walking is hard, and gravity is the enemy.

And what is the point of these operations, exactly?

It's for men that are incapable of pulling out, I reckon.

As a form of contraception it's pretty effective because to look at the state of me I won't be having sex at any point in the near future.

It's a tough job, but someone had to do it.

An apt metaphor for Harvey K-Tel and BCB.

Bollocks update:
Each day is different. To quote Nigel Tufnel I look as if I have an armadillo down my pants. Things are as big as every and get painful as the day goes on but I can work. I walk very slowly, but I can work.
And I made it to the interview, doped up on painkillers, and got through to day 2 next week. When I got home my balls were on fire and I was nearly crying. But I did it!

As a Navy corpsman I assissted a flight surgeon who performed them in his office! They always went well and they never took an hour.

Corpsman? That’d fill the patients with positivity about their outcome :)

I said I assissted. I didn't do the snipping or sutures.
