I presume it fell off the cliff that is the cut-off point in Nextdoorland, the same way as the gardening thread, pics of Pets and pics of BCBers did.
Basically there's a limit to the life of any thread in Nextdoorland unless either it bumps regularly or there is an open-ended poll attached, so I suggest you restart the thread with one of those heading it.

I live on the Plateau. There are tons of old-style shops mixed in with brand new modern ones in my area.
