Not rich but I am leaning more libertarian these days.

I am so pissed off at the entire system - lefties and righties - which perpetuates and then covers up crimes like murder, like 9/11, any shake system up, any disruption, even the ultimate bull in a china shop, Trump, might lead to a Sarandan-esqe rejiggering which will hopefully make a more deregulated, freer society.

“Deregulation” will lead to more freedom for the plutocrats. Who are already laughing.

Not necessarily.

I see so much innovation and free entrepreneurial thinking going on surely some of these geniuses will create byways and skirt whatever nefarious plans the bastards are thinking up.

And what about the politicians who are looking to block if not your right to a speedy internet but your right to free information. That is more dire than Comcast shooting itself by fucking up service to a majority of its users.

Blow up the system and lets see what newly formed metals we can pull from the rubble.

I seem to recall similar words about TRUMP being President.
You can have your “rubble” theories. Despite what I’ve heard, I don’t think things grow so good in rubble. I think this is all grand talk to hide the fact that the Gold Rush is over & welcome to the Barbary Coast

With what we now call “net neutrality” people who came up with new ways of marketing music and rides and shaving and media commentary and all kinds of shit put in a lot of hours and did pretty good for themselves. They did this by interested people finding them on the internet.

I think your Libertarian Free Market Wet Dream is going to turn this aspect of the Internet into “the Shark Tank”

Let the fuckers do what they gonna do. We can't stop them. They wanna slow down po' folks internet, oh well. Ain't no Barak, Hillary nor Bernie gonna stop them. The last best hope is us doing it for ourselves and I think we will. Just see what their move will be and then we adjust. What other choice do we have?

Here's a super quick and effective way to support #NetNeutrality.

1. On a computer, (not your phone!), go to: www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings/express

2. Enter (under "Proceeding") the numbers 17-108.

3. In comments, say you support Title 2 oversight of ISPs.

Also say that you support net neutrality.

*Fill in the form carefully; they've made it less friendly and impossible to fill in by phone, on purpose.

Don't be silenced.

Is that the rich, Libertarian option?

Congratulations (I guess), now you're sounding less like Donald Trump and more like Steve Bannon.

The rich libertarian option is "just let it all go to rubble" because rich assholes do well in situations where everything turns to rubble.

Not me. I don't want to be turned into fucking rubble! Let those rich fucks buy their own rubble. Leave me alone.

On a morning news show, I heard one guy against net neutrality say that we have more info and entertainment options than ever so net neutrality isn't an issue.

I tweeted the guy and told him he missed the point. While there may be more options, the conduits or funnels are narrowing and being consolidated. If AT&T and Times Warner are allowed to merge, you've consolidated both the conduit to content and the content provider itself. AT&T could jack up rates because if you don't pay, you can't get the content.

Sure! No censorship, no viruses, no government interfering, no CIA mining the data, no fake news, no shitstorms, no clickbait...
